Key Responsibilities

  • Install, wire, program, and service security systems, including cameras, intercoms, audio/video, and access control
  • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on intrusion detection systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment; test systems for proper operation
  • Interpret blueprints and electrical plans to complete installations and repairs
  • Document work through detailed job orders and maintenance records
  • Estimate time, materials, and equipment needed for various projects
  • Transport tools and materials to job sites using company vehicles
  • Support daily facility operations and coordinate with vendors and contractors
  • Inspect facilities and maintain records of completed work
  • Operate and maintain a variety of tools and machinery


Who You Are

  • Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting electronic access control and security systems
  • Experienced with commercial facility security systems such as Avigilon, Pelco, IP cameras, and iSTAR controllers
  • Familiar with C•CURE 9000 Access Control + Security Management (preferred)
  • Safety-oriented with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using scissor lifts and personal lifts; experience in electrical, plumbing, masonry, or carpentry is a plus
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license and can operate company vehicles
