FM, Facilities Management is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Key Accounts Manager! The Key Accounts Manager is a vital position that provides support to our customers, service technicians and branch offices nationwide. This is a high energy and fast paced position that requires an individual who has a strong background in customer service and client management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the account manager and advocate for assigned national customer accounts.
  • Serve as a liaison between national customer accounts and Tech 24 internal teams.
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with key accounts and service partners.
  • Assist and support internal and external customers through email and phone.
  • Monitor, create and dispatch service calls to service partners. 
  • Review, approve and submit quotes to customers from branches.
  • Review, approve and submit invoices for service partners to accounting on a timely basis.
  • Conduct routine conference calls and/or meetings with key accounts to review account status.
  • Responsible for working with Sales to onboard new clients.
  • Negotiate and establish pricing for service partners.
  • Coordinate and execute routine planned maintenance based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain client satisfaction by delivering exceptional support and service on a daily basis.
  • Provide on-call support for evenings and weekends for key accounts.
  • Manage special customer projects as needed.
  • Observe all company procedures and safety rules.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in client managment
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel and the ability to adapt quickly to custom software
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving enviroment
  • Self-motivated, energetic and team oriented a must
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Dispatching experience is a plus
