Job Summary
We are looking for a Premium Sales Manager to join our team and drive the premium sales efforts for Intuit Dome. While this role will have the ability to sell full menu, main responsibilities will include prospecting & selling long-term contracts for suites and various other luxury hospitality products.
In this role, you will self-prospect, execute outbound new sales campaigns, and play an important role in giving the Clippers a homecourt advantage. The ideal candidate will be driven, competitive, and hungry. They will have a passion for sports, a knack for creativity, and a proven track record in sales.
This is a full-time role based in Inglewood, CA and is eligible for our competitive benefit offering including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with company contribution, Well-Being Allowance, and more. Due to the nature of this industry, candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts and NBA games.
What You Will Do.
- Sell multi-year suite and loft agreements to high-net-worth individuals and key decision makers of businesses via face-to-face appointments, presentations, and sales calls
- Sell single night suite rentals for LA Clipper games and Intuit Dome events
- Set meetings with local consumers and decision makers of businesses and build a pipeline of potential premium buyers
- The candidate will be held accountable to certain levels of production and activity (revenue and sales presentations)
Your Background, Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of 4-5 years of ticket sales experience, at least 2 of those years working on a Premium Sales team
- Extensive B2B Sales training and experience selling high end products
- Ability to present sales materials to large groups and clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated dedication with the ability to lead projects from origin through execution.
- Ability to learn, contribute and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
- Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards business.

About Intuit Dome:
Opened in August 2024, Intuit Dome is the new home of the LA Clippers and will host hundreds of sporting events and concerts each year. Located in Inglewood, Calif., Intuit Dome is built different -- it will redefine fans’ expectations for live experiences and change the music landscape in Los Angeles.
Set to host the 2026 NBA All-Star game and Olympic Basketball in 2028, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED.
Compensation
- The range for this position is $70,000-$80,000 annual compensation, with a performance based commission structure. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- The role is classified as exempt.
