Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Fabrication Manager or similar role in the manufacturing sector, preferably in entertainment production.
2. Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and technology.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
5. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
