The Clinical Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound communications related to respiratory therapy services. This role manages incoming patient calls with professionalism, efficiency, and clinical accuracy, offering direct support to the Respiratory and Complex Respiratory teams, patients, and healthcare providers.
🚀 About the Positions
- Collaborate with Complex Respiratory, PAP, PAP Resupply, and Billing departments to resolve issues quickly and promote smooth patient experiences.
- Serve as the main clinical contact for inbound calls regarding respiratory therapy services, addressing a wide range of patient inquiries including resupply eligibility, usage troubleshooting, and equipment questions.
- Answer calls promptly and consistently to uphold reliable service standards.
- Provide service support and compliance assistance for the Complex Respiratory Department.
- Assist patients with scheduling or rescheduling appointments for mask fittings, machine setups, and follow-up visits.
- Contact providers to request, obtain, and upload necessary compliance reports and medical documentation.
- Receive and place inbound and outbound calls to patients and providers, coordinating care among respiratory therapy departments.
- Accurately document all communications with patients and providers in compliance with organizational protocols.
- Process orders for Complex Respiratory services and resupply requests.
- Maintain compliance records for PAP and Complex Respiratory services.
- Obtain authorizations from insurance carriers as required.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for PAP and Complex Respiratory equipment.

🎓Qualifications for Success
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- Experience in the medical field, a plus.
- Background in customer service highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and third-party insurances, a plus.

💸 Compensation
- $18.00 - $24.00, per hour dependent on experience

- 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
