Leave & Accommodation (L&A) Administrator

Summary
Join Millennium Print Group as a Leave & Accommodation (L&A) Administrator! Based in Raliegh, NC, this role is central to supporting our employees with Leave of Absence (LOA), disability, ADA accommodations, and workers’ compensation needs. If you’re passionate about employee well-being, HR compliance, and case management, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a growing company.

Location: Raliegh, NC
Schedule: Full-time, onsite with occasional travel
Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + full benefits package


🔹 What You Will Do

  • Review and process LOA and accommodation requests (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, PLA, etc.), ensuring compliance and proper documentation.

  • Track claims and maintain accurate, confidential records while coordinating with federal, state, and company guidelines.

  • Partner with HRIS/Benefits Analysts, HR Business Partners, and EHS on accommodations and workflow management.

  • Manage worker’s compensation cases in collaboration with EHS and ensure compliance with reporting standards.

  • Coordinate return-to-work documentation and plans with employees, managers, and HRBPs.

  • Communicate proactively with employees and stakeholders, providing timely updates on leave status and next steps.

  • Generate and share LOA, ADA, and WC reports to support compliance and decision-making.


🔹 What You Will Bring

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of leave administration, benefits, or HR experience.

  • Certifications such as SPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP a plus.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, HIPAA, WC, and DOL guidelines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and HRIS systems; Workday HCM experience preferred.

  • Bilingual or multilingual (Spanish, Hindi, Farsi) a plus.
