QC Lead Person ensures the quality of all products prior to shipment. QC Lead also ensures product is inspected, labeled, packaged with proper paperwork and sends the material to Shipping Dept. in a timely manner. QC Lead Person also supervises and manages inspectors and ensures that they follow all related Zeus procedures and policies. In addition to the following, other duties may be assigned.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
QC/Inspection:
o Ensure product meets Inspection requirements and Oracle Inspection mandatory requirements
o Verify product against Oracle routing, drawing, Visual and Dimension Inspection Procedure(s), Pantone colors, workmanship standards, and other documented requirements
o Cross-train in other Inspection areas
o Ability to supervise employees, follow directions, and assemble orders for Shipment
Paperwork/Labeling/Test Reports:
o Ensure product meets Inspection paperwork, labeling, test reports and other documentation requirements
o Verify labels and all paperwork against routing, drawing and or other documented requirements
o Interface with Planning as needed
Packaging:
o Ensure product meets Inspection packaging requirements
o Verify packaging against routing, drawing and or other documented requirements

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
· Standard mathematics skills.
· Familiarity with Zeus products (Melt, TFE and Heat Shrink material)
· Basic computer skills including the ability to learn the appropriate Oracle modules.
· Able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
· Physical Demands:
o Able to lift up to 25 lbs with no restrictions. Safety belts are required when lifting 30 lbs or more
o Able to walk up and down stairs and do some occasional squatting
o Able to stand on feet most of the day with occasional sitting
· Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position. Any unscheduled absence or tardy will have a negative impact on our ability to meet our production objectives.
