A job involving an appointment for infrequent temporary work where the employee is called in as needed.

Major/Essential Functions

  • Maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Various duties as assigned by program.
  • Gathering primary and secondary data through various methods such as surveys, interviews, observations, or experiments, then accurately inputting and organizing this information into databases or spreadsheets.
  • Performing basic statistical analyses, coding qualitative data, creating charts and graphs, and helping to identify patterns or trends in research findings under the guidance of senior researchers.
  • Managing research documentation, maintaining organized filing systems, scheduling interviews or focus groups, coordinating with study participants, and handling correspondence related to research activities.
  • Assisting in the preparation of research reports, presentations, and publications by drafting sections, formatting documents, creating bibliographies, and ensuring all materials meet academic or institutional standards.
