What You’ll Do

As our HR Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of our people operations, ensuring our crews are supported, compliant, and motivated. Your responsibilities will include:

•              Managing onboarding, training, and safety compliance programs
•              Administering benefits, payroll coordination, and employee relations
•              Supporting site supervisors with performance management and conflict resolution
•              Ensuring adherence to labor laws and OSHA regulations.
•              Driving culture initiatives that reflect our values of integrity, safety, and teamwork

What You Bring

•              Proven HR experience in the construction, engineering, or industrial sectors
  
•              Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—whether you're talking to a crane operator or the CFO
•              Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment
•              HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required
•              Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
