WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Assisted Living Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping our senior living community running smoothly. Your responsibilities include:
- Supervising caregivers and medication technicians
- Assisting with scheduling, recruitment, training, and team development
- Managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and helping to implement programs that increase revenue
- Overseeing census management to maintain occupancy and appropriate care levels
- Ensuring residents' rights, dignity, and privacy are protected at all times
- Supervising staff in a way that encourages growth and peak performance
Every day, you'll make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents and contribute to the overall success of the Nursing Department.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in long-term care or assisted living environments
- Background in healthcare facility management or operations (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with residents, families, and staff
- Comfort working with elderly populations
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk, stand, stoop for extended periods, and push/pull heavy objects like carts or furniture
