Job Title: Trunker Driver

Location: Burton Upon Trent, DE14 2BG

Job Length: Permanent

Working Hours: 48 hours per week, working on the AM shift. Starting between 4am and 8am, any 5 days in a 7 day period. Flexibility will be required to work outside of these hours and to assist on other shifts to suit business needs. Please note, when supporting on other shifts, you may be required to work over night and stay out in your vehicle during the evening.

About the role:

We’re looking for 3 skilled and reliable Class 1 Driver’s to help keep our network moving. In this role, you’ll be transporting stock between our sites, completing your driver checks, and delivering on time while representing some of the UK’s most iconic drinks brands. If you’re confident behind the wheel, customer-focused, and proud to go the extra mile, we’d love to have you on the team.

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for 3 x Trunker Driver’s. Reporting to the Trunking Operations Manager, this role will play a key part of our succuss journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Role Responsibilities:

• Making large multi-drop delivers to our customers and our own depots across the country.
• Acting as an ambassador for Carlsberg Britvic whilst on the roads.
• Completing pre-checks of the vehicle and trailer to ensure everything is in working order.
• Check through the route and all relevant delivery systems required before leaving site.

Experience and Key Attributes:

• Current and valid Class 1 (C + E) HGV Driving Licence
• Hold a Driver CPC card
• Experience driving Class 1 vehicles
• Customer Service
• Manual Handling
