Your role
We’re looking for a Client Account Manager to:
• manage daily business in client servicing and provide high quality service
• be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits
• be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients
• manage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting
• perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, covering fees, overdrafts and monitoring balances
• support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
• support client advisors in administrative, risk and legal and compliance related tasks and duties
• research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner
• join client advisors occasionally in client meetings

Your expertise
• solid understanding of execution of financial products and solutions like deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment and credit products
• effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
• able to utilise tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible
• interest in financial markets and in dealing with private clients
• sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
• superior written and oral communications skills including the ability to deliver difficult messages, complex ideas and client issues with confidence
• confident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
