Your Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end product development process across underwear, bras, and swimwear – from concept through to production
- Collaborate closely with design, garment technology, and pattern making to ensure fit, construction, and functionality meet snuggs standards
- Create and manage tech packs, measurement specs, and development documentation in PLM systems
- Oversee sample development and conduct fit sessions, gathering feedback and ensuring timely adjustments
- Manage product costing and ensure products are delivered within budget, quality, and timeline targets
- Partner with suppliers and factories to support innovation, quality, and efficiency improvements
- Ensure product quality, testing, and performance evaluation to meet customer expectations
Your Profile
- 4+ years of experience in product development within apparel/intimates/swimwear
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from concept to final sample
- Solid technical knowledge of garment construction, fit, and materials, with experience in tech packs and costing
- Skilled in coordinating fit sessions and translating design intent into production-ready products
- Confident working cross-functionally with design, garment technology, and sourcing teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and timeline management skills
- Fluent in English (German or Czech a plus)
