M & K Truck Centers is seeking a reliable, customer service-focused Office Administrator to join our thriving dealership. If you are detail-oriented, organized, have collections, billing and or AP/AR experience and are  motivated, we want to hear from you!

 

Objectives of this Role:

  1. Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming, customer-centric environment throughout their visit.
  2. Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  3. Administrative Support: Assist with filing, scanning, and data entry.
  4. Financial Tasks: Accounts Payable, Receivable, Billing, daily check deposits and reporting, aid in invoice processing and customer payment collection.

 

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with a professional attitude and a strong sense of reliability.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Understands business goals and objectives.
  • Highly motivated and organized.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

 

Education and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of office administrative experience.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong preference for A/P, A/R, Collections, and Billing experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
