M & K Truck Centers is seeking a reliable, customer service-focused Office Administrator to join our thriving dealership. If you are detail-oriented, organized, have collections, billing and or AP/AR experience and are motivated, we want to hear from you!
Objectives of this Role:
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming, customer-centric environment throughout their visit.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Support: Assist with filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Financial Tasks: Accounts Payable, Receivable, Billing, daily check deposits and reporting, aid in invoice processing and customer payment collection.
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with a professional attitude and a strong sense of reliability.
- Strong communication skills
- Understands business goals and objectives.
- Highly motivated and organized.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
Education and Experience:
- 2-3 years of office administrative experience.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong preference for A/P, A/R, Collections, and Billing experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
