CTG is seeking to fill a Digital Imaging Team Lead opening for our client in Chantilly, VA in order to support our growth.

 

Job Title: Team Lead

Location: Chantilly, VA
Duration: Ongoing contract

Shift: M-F, second shift

Pay Rate: $23.19/hr 

 

Position Summary:
CTG is seeking a Team Lead to oversee our Digital Imaging Center operations. This role will manage a team of scanning operators, ensure quality and productivity, and act as the primary point of escalation for operational issues.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the scanning and document management team.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure work meets quality and SLA standards.
  • Conduct quality audits and provide coaching to team members.
  • Resolve or escalate customer issues and operational challenges.
  • Oversee document preparation, scanning, indexing, and mail/shipping operations.
  • Maintain workflow efficiency and equipment operation standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; supervisory experience preferred.
  • 2–3 years in digital imaging, scanning, or document management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data entry; typing accuracy required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in a secure environment.
