About The role 

As a Change Analyst, you will support the development and delivery of change activities across complex projects and strategic organisational initiatives. Working closely with key stakeholders and under the guidance of the Change Manager and project teams, you will prepare change documentation, implement change activities, and analyse data to support successful transitions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about enabling positive organisational change.

🔹 Location: WAPHA Head Office, Level 2, 1 Hood Street, Subiaco (Hybrid Role)

🔹Employment Type: Full-time Maximum term contract for 2 years.

🔹 Salary: Band 4 ($105k Plus 12% Superannuation)

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Champion WAPHA’s values and support individuals and teams through change transitions.
  • Support the delivery of change management activities including communications, training, process design, and impact assessments.
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality change documentation and artefacts.
  • Analyse and report on data related to change initiatives, including employee feedback and performance metrics.
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement to enhance change adoption and readiness.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to Change Managers and project teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement change initiatives and communications.
  • Create and deliver engaging presentations and training sessions to support change activities, including facilitating workshops to drive engagement.
  • Facilitate stakeholder feedback integration and resolve issues collaboratively.
  • Promote continuous improvement in change management practices and tools.
  • Champion WAPHA’s values and support individuals and teams through change transitions.

About you

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following selection criteria:

Essential experience and education 

  • Tertiary qualification in business or health, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience contributing to organisational change through activities such as readiness assessments, change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement and the preparation of change management documents. 
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple activities concurrently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Office, and presentation tools (e.g., Miro, Visio)
  • Certification in change management (preferred), communications or project management.
  • Knowledge of the Australian health system is a plus.
