Purpose
The Procurement Excellence Analyst plays a key role in supporting the delivery of Procurement Excellence initiatives that underpin our overall Procurement strategy. This includes developing and embedding best practice across systems, processes, compliance, governance, capability development and change management. The role ensures alignment of Procurement Excellence solutions across stakeholder groups while also providing training, troubleshooting and ongoing support to enable sustainable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Procurement Excellence Lead and Business Process Owners in delivering the Procurement Excellence framework and procurement priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide trusted advice, early procurement involvement and integration with key business projects.
• Support procurement systems frameworks, upgrades, enhancements and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
• Promote compliance with procurement policies and procedures, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the optimisation of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Vendor Master Management (VMM) processes.
• Assist with reporting, data analytics and communication to ensure transparency and governance.
• Support capability development through training, resources and the 70/20/10 learning framework.
• Foster a safe, collaborative and high-performing team culture.

About You
You will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations or a related discipline (highly regarded).
• Strong understanding of procurement systems, policies and end-to-end processes.
• Experience in developing and implementing controls, policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing and/or industrial value chain (highly regarded).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt style for different stakeholders.
• Strong influencing, relationship-building and conflict resolution skills.
