Summary/Objective
Assist the facilities team in maintenance throughout Lancer Worldwide owned building.
Essential Functions
· Basic plumbing and electric with direction
· Operate air and electric power tools.
· Performs preventative maintenance on mfg. equipment, vehicles, and facility as directed.
· Perform tasks while on ladder or manlift 30 ‘high
· Assist Maintenance Tech II on repairs, installations, and construction duties as directed.
· Other duties as needed and directed by management.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
· Valid Texas driver’s license
· Ability to perform basic math skills
· Follow all safety rules
· Follow Lancer Quality Policy
· Ability to perform basic electrical and plumbing
Education & Experience
· H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. equivalency.
· Basic plumbing knowledge; pipe, fitting sizes, & types.
· Knowledge of electric wire, conduit sizes.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration. The employee is exposed to outside weather conditions at the manufacturing site. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing for up to 8 hours, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and move items up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
