About the Role

In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the charge in designing and executing training programs that fuel performance, align with corporate goals, and energize our sales force. You’ll collaborate across departments, manage complex projects, and mentor a talented team, all while keeping things fresh, focused, and fun.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Build and own the annual training roadmap that aligns with company goals and sales KPIs
- Drive execution with precision—managing timelines, resources, and jumping in hands-on when needed
- Ensure training deliverables are on point and on time
Training Program Development
- Create engaging, scalable programs for onboarding, skill-building, and performance enablement
- Measure training effectiveness and ROI to keep leveling up
- Dive into performance data and feedback to uncover learning opportunities
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage work intake and prioritization like a pro
- Keep stakeholders informed and aligned every step of the way
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and HR to ensure training supports broader business goals
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor your team, helping them grow and shine
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
