The Lead Administration Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of our lead management processes. This position serves as the first line of defense in maintaining clean, reliable data across Salesforce and related systems. The role is responsible for validating and standardizing lead information, managing assignments and routing, and completing internal requests from cross-functional teams in a timely manner. By safeguarding data quality and supporting operational workflows, the Lead Administration Specialist enables Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize productivity and focus on revenue-generating activities.

Reports to: Director of Sales Development and Operations
What You Will Own
Maintain data integrity within Salesforce by validating, updating, and standardizing lead records.
Process and complete internal requests accurately and within established timelines.
Manage lead assignments, ownership, and routing based on established rules and procedures.
Follow best practices for data handling and process compliance.
