Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the service area with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer questions and direct customers to the right team member or department.
- Install floor mats and ID tags in vehicles brought in for service
- Safely move vehicles between the service lane, shop, and parking areas
- Retrieve customer vehicles for pickup
- Inspect loaner vehicles before and after use with iPads, reporting any damage.
- Perform quality checks on loaner cars
- Support high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Follow all safety policies and promptly report any accidents
- Assist with additional duties as needed
Requirements
- Minimum age: 19
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional, courteous customer service skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (standing/walking for extended periods)
- Reliable transportation; dependable and punctual
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
- All applicants must have the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, Motor Vehicle Record checks, and drug tests
- Must have a valid driver's license
