About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Document Control Specialist . In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee training and certification records, ensuring compliance with client, legal, and project requirements, and supporting companywide documentation processes. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and an interest in compliance and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an efficient system for tracking employee certifications, licenses, and training records.
- Ensure all records meet client, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
- Accurately upload and maintain documentation in internal systems, ensuring current versions are available and outdated versions are archived.
- Generate regular reports on certification status, compliance metrics, and outstanding requirements.
- Coordinate with managers and employees to schedule required training and maintain up-to-date records.
- Support employees and managers with documentation needed for client requirements, audits, and visa/work authorization processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline documentation practices and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience working with documentation, compliance, or training records.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and document management systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
