This role is an important part of ensuring our residents feel at home by maintaining clean, welcoming, and comfortable common areas and amenities. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a spotless environment that reflects the quality and care our community is known for.
How our Housekeepers add value to our communities:
First appearances are so important to any resident looking for their next home and our housekeepers play such a vital role in making our communities shine! They are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, vacant units and public access areas including the office and clubhouse. They are also responsible for cleaning apartments after move-outs, preparing them for new residents and maintaining the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
