Responsibilities:- Operate commercial motor vehicles Dump Trailer
- Ensure the truck remains in proper and safe working order and that routine and required maintenance occurs on a timely basis.
- Maintain daily e-logs, safety & inspection reports, expense reports, project reports while ensuring they are properly completed.
- Must be willing to perform manual labor related tasks to support projects.
- Ensure the company’s health and safety culture, policies and requirements are met.
- Comply with all Federal, State and local laws regulating safe driving and the safe and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with customer and co-workers.
- Ability to be on call for emergency response (on rotational schedule basis).
- Ability to perform work based on task conditions and hazards.
- Maintain appropriate driver's license Tanker endorsements and willing to get Hazmat in 60 days.
- Valid Class A or B CDL.
- Experience driving/operating dump trailer
- Clear Driving Record.
- Experience driving manual transmission.
- History of DOT compliance and safety is required.
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Ability to travel overnight as required on occasion.
- Frequently lift 50-75 pounds.
- Willingness & ability to frequently climb ladders, stairs etc.
- Must pass DOT physical, drug screening and background check.
