The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle a variety of administrative and executive support tasks with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will:
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Handle email correspondence, screen calls, and manage communications on behalf of executives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Organize and maintain confidential records, files, and documentation.
Assist in planning and coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
Coordinate and support company events, meetings, and conferences.
Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making processes.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Perform general administrative duties, such as expense reporting and office management tasks.
Handle special projects and additional tasks as assigned.
You have:
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience in a startup (seed or Series A preferred) or a fast-paced environment.
3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
Strong proficiency in Google Office Suite (Gmail, Slides, Sheets, Forms, etc)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
