What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet guests and take orders promptly with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages while ensuring top-tier presentation and adherence to safety standards.
• Restock supplies and food products regularly to maintain smooth service
• Keep storage areas, prep stations, and refrigerators clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Accurately operate point of sales (POS) systems and handle cash, credit, and change transactions with precision.
• Safely operate and maintain commercial deep fryers, following food safety and quality procedures.
• Complete daily opening and closing duties to ensure readiness for service and proper end-of-day shutdown.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized concession stand at all times.
• Provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
• Manage customer flow while keeping lines moving efficiently.
• Maintain exceptional standards in food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols.
• Uphold high standards for food preparation, safety protocols, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Support the team by multitasking and assisting in other areas as needed.

What You Need for this Position

• Outstanding customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods (8+ hours) in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs safely and efficiently.
• Willingness and ability to follow all safety, sanitation, and health code standards.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
• Must comply with all Michigan Liquor Laws and maintain valid TIPs certification.
