Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the day-to-day operations. planning and content scheduling for all Emergn and Praxis by Emergn social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), ensuring alignment across organic and paid activities.
- Develop and implement distinct but complementary social media strategies for both brands, aligned with broader sales and marketing campaigns.
- Write, edit and publish platform-specific, compelling posts that reflect each brand’s voice and objectives.
- Partner with the in-house Design Team to bring posts to life by providing clear briefs that empower designers to create impactful, on-brand visuals.
- Support the planning and execution of paid social campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Monitor, analyse and report on performance metrics for both brands, providing actionable insights to improve results and inform strategy.
- Build and nurture online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, joining relevant conversations and cultivating relationships with partners, advocates and influencers to amplify reach and accelerate growth.
- Stay informed on platform trends, algorithm changes and evolving best practices, regularly bringing new ideas, formats and growth tactics to the table.
- Explore and evaluate opportunities to expand our social presence to keep our brands relevant and visible on emerging and/or user-driven platforms (e.g., Reddit, Slack, new communities).
- Contribute to the development and amplification of executive thought leadership on social media.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across all channels and content.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experienced. 5+ years as a Social Media Manager for B2B and B2C, ideally in services, SaaS, or tech. Experience managing multi-brand portfolios is a strong advantage.
- Impact-focused. You have a track record of growing brand awareness and generating leads through social media and have examples of how your work has supported business objectives.
- Storyteller. You are a strong writer, able to adapt your voice for different brands and audiences.
- Collaborative. You’re a natural team player and thrive partnering with creative and cross-functional teams to bring big ideas to life; experienced in briefing and enabling high-quality visual execution.
- Organised. You effectively manage multiple projects and platforms at pace, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Growth-minded. You’re comfortable building, scaling and experimenting with new platforms, content types and influencer programmes – always looking for the next opportunity.
- Hands-on. You are proficient in using social media tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or equivalent, and platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Analytical. You are fluent in social analytics and can translate metrics and insights into strategy.
- Bold and inquisitive. You bring energy, creativity and the confidence to challenge the status quo and champion new approaches.
- London-based. You’re able to work on-site at least 3 days a week.
