Job Description: Project Manager- IT
Role: Business Application Lead position (offshore)

Position Overview:
Should have 15+ years of experience in IT industry and managing the project manager role of at least 5+ years of experience.
Candidate should have good US healthcare domain.
Good to have experience in Oracle Fusion (HCM, ERP, EPM, CX cloud), Identity management (Sailpoint, Oracle), Oracle Webcenter

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing team size of 20+ associates
• Should have project management experience in production support, enhancement and development project
• Should have experience in tracking project milestones, SLA metrics
• Lead and motivate project teams, assigning individual responsibilities and managing workloads.
• Monitor project progress against the plan, identifying and addressing deviations and potential roadblocks.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, discuss issues, and facilitate decision-making.
• Proactively address issues and challenges to keep projects on track.
• Escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders and senior management as needed.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed, tested, and deployed successfully.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
• Formally close out projects, including documentation and handoff to operational teams.
• Promote best practices with our team and highlight the same in the status report.
• Team Coordination (Offshore/Onsite) with Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, Real-time Slack/Teams discussions with the team and Resolving blockers for team members in real time.
• Drive the morning and evening sprint meeting during on call
