Are you ready to take on a dynamic and rewarding role? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Lead Housekeeper.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Stocking of supplies, carts, and stripping of rooms. 
• Picks up and disposes of trash 
• Provides quality customer service to guests and occasionally performs work with minimal supervision 
• Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times 
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility 
• Must effectively communicate with all direct reports, Supervisor’s, peers, internal and external guests 
• Able to work any time required to meet the demands of the business cycle (including weekends and Holidays) 
• Must effectively lead a team of Housemen 
• Must be fluent in all computer software, chemicals and equipment to ensure the success of the Housekeeping Team 
• Reports directly to Housekeeping Supervisor and/or Manager. Will work closely with, adhere to and support all department policies and procedures set forth by the department Manager 
• Will plan, assign and direct work to housemen and team member’s on the shift

CERTIFICATES, LICENSE, AND REGISTRATIONS 

• Must be able to submit supporting documents of education and training (High School Diploma, GED, Degree and Certificates) to support qualifications. 
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license in good standing according to the licensing rules and regulations. 
• Must be able to obtain and maintain in good standing a Driver’s License and qualify for Fleet Management coverage on company vehicles.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

(G5/S0)

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational skills required.

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as addition subtraction and multiplication tables. 

REASONING ABILITY: 

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
