How You’ll Make an Impact

• Maintain a safe and compliant warehouse environment

• Lead and coach warehouse staff to meet performance goals

• Oversee receiving, cycle counting, and shipping processes

• Optimize inventory flow and logistics scheduling

• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics

• Organize storage areas and maintain handling equipment

• Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations

Your Background

• 3–5 years of experience in warehousing and shipping

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Proven leadership and supervisory skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
