What You’ll Do

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the voice and creative engine behind our proposals and marketing efforts. You’ll:

• Transform RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs into compelling, strategic proposals that showcase EEI’s expertise. 
• Design graphics, layouts, and marketing materials that stand out. 
• Build and maintain EEI’s social media presence to tell our story in authentic and engaging ways. 
• Partner across departments (and sometimes with clients, architects, or teaming partners) to bring our vision to life. 
• Support trade shows, brochures, white papers, and press releases that keep EEI visible and respected in the industry. 

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to meet someone who is:

• Creative + Analytical – comfortable switching between design work and technical details.
• Deadline-Driven – thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Tech-Savvy – skilled with MS Office tools and Adobe InDesign (bonus points for other design platforms).
• Experienced – ideally 1–2 years in marketing, proposals, or social media. Experience in A/E/C (architecture, engineering, construction) is a plus.
• Team-Oriented – eager to contribute, collaborate, and share ideas.
