AP/AR Coordinator

Dalkia in San Antonio, Texas is looking for a full time Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support our full cycle AP/AR activities. 

 Role & Responsibility

• Invoice processing including purchase order matching and coding high volume invoices weekly
• Verifying invoice accuracy and matching with purchase orders and statements of work
• Tracking and following up on invoices without PO’s with remote project managers
• Answer all vendor inquiries regarding AP matters in a timely manner
• Reconciliation and payment of corporate credit cards and expense reports as required
• Reviewing and reconciling vendor statements on a weekly basis to ensure timely payment
• Depositing checks in the banking platform
• Other Projects and tasks as assigned

Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant Accounts Payable/ Receivable experience needed 
• Detail oriented and demonstrated high degree of accuracy required
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel required
• High degree of organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
• Reliable and able to work under stringent deadlines
