We are seeking a highly organized and personable Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. As an Office Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and visitors while ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the front desk activities, including greeting guests, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Assist with the preparation of correspondence and documents as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
