YOUR PROFILE:
The Engagement Manager is responsible for leading successful engagements with customers. They represent HR Path’s image and interests and establishs a relationship of proven trust with clients and team members. The Engagement Manager coordinates and harmonizes project activities within their team along with the customer project team. The engagement manager understands and actively participates in business development, project delivery, people management, and project profit/margin management.
- Ability to communicate effectively and give presentations to clients on all levels with strong relationship-building capabilities
- Skilled in translating technical concepts into functional level usage for clients, both verbally and in written formal
- Proven problem solving skills, ability to work with all levels of clients and confidence in leading a project team and focus on a win-win outcome for all.
- Involved in at least 7 full project lifecycles
- Thought Leader at least one sub-module of SuccessFactors (or other HCM) software (sub-module: ie. ‘EC’, ‘Succession’, ‘Payroll’, ‘Recruiting’) and expert knowledge in at least one other module
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and project management skills for implementing modules
- Capable of discussing and finalizing with customers the details of project proposals
- Ability to link the customer needs to specific elements of the HR Path product/service portfolio
- Expert knowledge of the different integration possibilities with the HCM solution to other solutions, third parties, intranets and legacy systems
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors and hands-on implementation modules
- Ability to manage administrative functions associated with the role including staffing plan management, monthly project reports, goal and performance management input and other engagement and project manager accountabilities as applicable.
