Industrial Maintenance Manager

Successful candidate will have a strong troubleshooting ability in the electrical control field to include PLCs, inverter drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearing, chains, and belting, conveying systems, valves, basic blueprint reading, and mechanical troubleshooting.
Duties Include
- Supervise the maintenance staff and consults with production management to ensure efficient plant operations.
- Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Develop and train maintenance staff on repair procedures and best practices.
- Monitor the preventive maintenance program
- Manage the inventory of stock and replacement parts
- Ensure operating equipment and facility are in satisfactory condition.
- Utilize daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation to verify efficiency of plant utilities
- Monitor maintenance calls and response time to alleviate down time
- Enforce safety rules and regulations to company standards
- Perform monthly and annual safety training
- Participate in weekly safety calls and provide required documentation
- Manage work hours and purchase order completions through company software
Qualifications
- Five years electrical experience
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible schedule which includes weekends, and holidays
- Have keen acumen relating to safety and quality
- Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.
- Must be able to access all parts of the company equipment.
This position requires a proven history of being a positive, self-driven team player who can work at a fast pace in a team-based environment. Salary based upon experience within the engineering field.
