            We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and other medical conditions that affect their mobility and physical well-being. Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' medical histories and assess their conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to help patients improve mobility, relieve pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
  • Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, home exercises, and preventive measures.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress reports, and billing information in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Active FL Physical Therapist License.
  • BLS (CPR) Certification.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred.
  • Proven experience working as a Physical Therapist in a clinical setting, preferably with diverse patient populations.
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including exercise prescription, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, ensuring high-quality patient care and documentation.

Weekend Coverage as needed
