Qualifications 

• 3+ years of prior experience with claims and insurance verification
• Ability to present treatment plans
• Experience with posting on the ledger and auditing insurance for patients
• Must be outgoing, warm, and a no-pressure sales individual
• Familiarity with dental procedures and terminology
• Knowledge of Dentrix software
• Detail-oriented
