Location: Steuben County Market (Angola, Fremont, and Hamilton Branch Locations

Reports to: Branch Manager at each location

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Bank Teller to join the Farmers State Bank Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing customers with various transactions within the branch and assisting at multiple locations as needed. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.

- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts and bank services.

- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to security protocols.

- Promote bank products and services to customers to enhance their banking experience.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations across multiple locations.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.

- Stay updated on bank policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business is a plus.

- Previous experience in a customer service or banking role preferred.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Proficient with technology.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
