This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and is ideal for someone who is energized by high levels of organization, detail accuracy, and working independently. Daily responsibilities include picking and double-checking parts for customer orders, shipping outbound packages, receiving incoming shipments, and maintaining an organized warehouse. Requirements
Position Summary:
A warehouse associates primary focus is to ensure customers order accuracy and quality. This includes daily shipping and receiving duties, cycle counting, fulfilling production orders, shipping logistics, and warehouse quality system activities as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures all company warehouse procedures are followed (quality and accuracy).
- Picking and packing of customer orders.
- Support incoming shipment processing and quality checking utilizing business systems software.
- Process shipments and certification requirements for customers via multiple carrier interfaces.
- Participate in regular cycle counts.
- Participate in continuous improvement identification and implementation.

Education and Experience:
- High School diploma and/or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse/shipping & receiving experience preferred.
Physical demands and responsibilities
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 5-50lbs
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision; color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
Additional Qualifications:
- Good verbal, listening and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Must have personal initiative and drive to support business needs where capable.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and ability to learn company inventory software.

- Ability to operate forklift.
- Ability to utilize specialized measuring equipment, i.e. calipers
