SALARY: $20-$22/hour, based on qualifications and experience

POSITION DETAILS:
Tri-City United Schools is seeking a student success coach who will partner with students, families, and educators to help students develop and monitor goals specific to academics, behavior, attendance, and/or social-emotional learning. The student success coach will coordinate communications and resources to ensure students have access to the resources and skills needed to succeed in the classroom and school. The student success coach is focused on each student’s growth and will work with students, staff, and families to partner and problem solve, with the shared goal of increasing a student’s learning and growth in social-emotional skills and academics.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:
Communicating and collaborating with families and staff in regard to the intervention and support plans for students.
Supporting students with social, emotional, behavioral and academic success.
Supporting the development of strong partnerships between families and school staff.
Promoting ongoing communication between home and school, serving as a liaison between school staff and guiding students and families through the educational system.
Working collaboratively with the staff to support the implementation of targeted goals and strategies that foster student engagement and success.
Accessing and using data to facilitate communications with staff, students, and families.
Collaborating with the development of a family and community engagement plan.
Participating in the development, identification, and/or implementation of equitable and inclusive practices in partnership with our Hispanic and Indigenous Cultural Liaisons.
