Senior Account Executive – Security & Compliance as a Sales Superpower
Workstreet is redefining how security and compliance services are sold. Instead of traditional salespeople, we believe the best sellers are the experts who can roll up their sleeves and actually do the work.
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be part of our GTM team in Europe, working directly with security leaders and compliance teams in the Mid-Market and Enterprise market to help them navigate trust, security, and compliance. You’ll manage the end-to-end sales process to educate prospects, scope solutions, and drive revenue — all while using your deep technical knowledge to make the sales process frictionless.
This isn’t a traditional sales role. You won’t be cold-calling or running generic discovery calls. Instead, you’ll:
- Be a trusted advisor: Help our prospects understand their compliance challenges and how Workstreet can solve them.
- Turn expertise into sales impact: Your technical knowledge will help prospects move faster and make confident buying decisions.
- Engage with decision-makers: You’ll work directly with CEOs, CISOs, CTOs, and compliance teams at high-growth SaaS companies.
- Define and refine our GTM motion: Your insights will shape our sales strategy, messaging, and product offerings.
Who You Are
You’re not a traditional salesperson — you’re an aspiring security or compliance expert who loves solving problems and working with customers. You might be a great fit if you:
- Have hands-on experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR: We’re looking for sellers that understand these frameworks to act as a trusted advisor to prospects. This isn’t a deal breaker: if you don’t have relevant experience but feel motivated to learn it quickly, you still may be a great fit.
- 5+ years SaaS startup experience in sales roles: You love technology and thrive in the fast-paced and constantly changing startup environment.
- Can explain complex concepts clearly: You can make security and compliance make sense to non-experts.
- Enjoy engaging with customers: You ask insightful discovery questions, uncover meaningful pain points, and guide people toward solutions with real business impact.
- Experience in Upmarket sales: You’re a strategic seller with experience demonstrating value and impact in the pre-sales process with Mid-Market and Enterprise companies
- Thrive in fast-moving environments: You’ll be an early hire to help build out the EMEA team, so you’ll take initiative, adapt quickly, and want to help shape Workstreet’s growth.
