The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our enterprise-wide recruiting strategy and elevate our talent acquisition capabilities across TMHNA’s North American operations.
This strategic senior leadership role is responsible for setting the vision for our TA function, driving innovation through evidence-based best practices, and leading with a servant leadership approach that empowers and develops a high-performing team. You will guide a geographically dispersed TA organization, fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture while harmonizing processes, systems, and strategies across our integrated business - ensuring TMHNA is recognized as an employer of choice in a dynamic talent market.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Servant Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing TA team located across the U.S., empowering them through coaching, support, and resource enablement. Foster a culture of trust, inclusion, and collaboration where every team member feels connected to TMHNA’s mission. Invest in professional development to elevate skills and elevate team performance. - Enterprise TA Strategy
Design and execute a unified, future-focused talent acquisition strategy that aligns with TMHNA’s business objectives and evolving workforce needs post-integration. - Integration & Best Practices
Apply experience with mergers and integrations to unify recruiting processes, optimize systems, and establish standardized best practices that drive efficiency, quality, and consistency across locations. - Data-Driven Insights
Leverage analytics, market intelligence, and workforce planning insights to guide strategic decisions, optimize resources, and measure the impact of TA initiatives. - Executive Partnership
Collaborate with senior leaders and HR partners to anticipate talent needs, forecast hiring demands, and shape workforce plans. Serve as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, recruitment innovations, and strategic hiring solutions. - Employer Brand & Talent Pipelines
Enhance TMHNA’s employer brand through targeted marketing and outreach that showcase our culture and opportunities. Build enterprise-wide pipelines by engaging diverse talent, driving succession planning, and advancing inclusion strategies. - Grow Community Partnerships
Cultivate partnerships with colleges, technical schools, workforce programs, and community organizations to create sustainable talent pipelines that support recruitment and professional growth at all career levels, from emerging to experienced professionals. - Operational Excellence
Establish and monitor key TA performance metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness) to drive measurable progress toward organizational hiring goals. - Compliance & Candidate Experience
Ensure all TA processes meet legal requirements while fostering a fair, equitable, and candidate-focused hiring experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition within mid to large sized organizations.
- At least 5 years in a senior management talent acquisition role leading large-scale, geographically dispersed TA teams.
- Proven experience managing TA strategy during organizational integrations, mergers, or significant transformations.
- Demonstrated success creating and implementing enterprise-level TA strategies using analytics and market insights.
- Education & Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment analytics platforms, and advanced sourcing technologies.
- Core Competencies

- Strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into innovative TA plans.
- Strong change management and integration expertise.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and executive level influencing skills.
Where and When You’ll Work:
- This position is based on-site at either our Columbus, Indiana or Greene, New York location.
Compensation & Benefits Package:
Salary: $129,890 - $184,452 per year. Compensation is based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience.
Relocation: Relocation assistance may be available.
