Cloud Marketplace Program Manager
Location: Office-based/Hybrid/Home-based, US (ET preferred)
Position Summary:
As a Cloud Marketplace Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing Bentley’s presence on hyperscaler cloud marketplaces and others.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Programs and Operations for Ecosystems and Ventures, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing partner programs across cloud marketplaces to accelerate growth and deliver measurable business impact.
With at least five years of experience in business operations and program management within the tech industry, you will bring expertise in driving cross-functional alignment and delivering operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with business development, sales, marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals and product roadmaps, seamless execution, data-driven decision-making, and innovative approaches to scaling the business.
This role offers the opportunity to shape Bentley’s presence in the cloud marketplace space and influence the company’s long-term growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in Cloud Marketplaces for growth. Evaluate how we can engage in promoting and selling Bentley offerings, progressing deals, and pinpointing vital success factors according to region, segment, and customer type.
- Understand the go-to-market strategies and implementation of Cloud partnerships, and the organizational structure and sales roles of the Cloud Marketplace provider.
- Support the collaboration of our organization with the Cloud Marketplace provider to monitor leads, pipeline progress, report and analyze business information, and evaluate success by analyzing deal progression and engagement metrics.
- Implement product listings on Cloud Marketplaces and govern and curate sales collateral and enablement. Liaise with Marketing for content design and marketing assets, as well as for internal communications.
- Partner internally to gather approval on listings and requests, offer assistance with deal structure inquiries, and ensure transactions adhere to requirements and operational guidelines.
- Engage with Business Owners on leads, private offering requests and renewals, and decisions and approvals as needed.
- Implement processes and policies for Cloud Marketplaces and communicate regularly internally to ensure consistent application.
- Become an authority on Cloud Marketplaces Program and act as Marketplace advisor and SME.
This role:
- is an individual contributor role.
- is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, home-based, hybrid, or office-based in US.
- requires less than 5 to 10% of infrequent travel, as needed.
- requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements). The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, a related field, or equivalent training and experience
- 5+ years of strong experience in business operations and program management in the Tech Industry
- Experience with Hyperscale Marketplaces such as Google, Microsoft, AWS, or other Marketplaces such as Siemens or Government
- Experience working in globally distributed, hybrid teams
- Effective at building relationships with peers, leadership, and external parties
- Proven experience in an operational function with exposure to multiple business functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Tech, Partner Operations).

- Ability to multitask effectively and strong organizational skills.
- Skilled in Project Management, meeting deadlines

- Strong aptitude for understanding and analyzing processes and workflows.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and completing tasks.
- Proficiency with standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Experience with project management or process mapping tools is a plus.
