As a LONG Administrative Assistant II, you will perform critical administrative and clerical tasks that support the four different Business Units within LONG Building Technologies’ corporate headquarters. You will become a senior member of the team that handles an advanced, varied, and dynamic administrative workload while providing guidance to Administrative Assistants with less experience.
Pay Range: $23.26 - $26.75 per hr. plus potential profit share

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties or tasks assigned as required. Coordinate, prepare, and distribute weekly administrative team schedules to include tasks performed for various business units.
Facilitate and train administrative team in various duties including, but not limited to, phones, LBE, and promotional product ordering and distribution.
Create, distribute, and manage certificates of insurance for all LONG offices.
Order and distribute LONG promotional product orders for all LONG offices via the Promostuff mailbox.
Evaluate and code weekly bills for LONG’s Federal Express account.
Facilitate communication and logistics pertaining to equipment shipping and bids.
Assist various business units with administrative workload overflow as required.
Provide support in the preparation, coordination, and execution of events as necessary.
Answer incoming phone calls and accurately route calls using professional and pleasant phone etiquette
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent 3 years of office experience
High degree of familiarity with LONG’s internal corporate structure and administrative duties
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Good written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization
Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP
