Summary/Objectives
The Major Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting daily from a defined list of major accounts, maintaining and upgrading current customer base, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota with acceptable profitability and demonstrating and training on products and services. This representative will also be responsible for identifying and providing solutions for current business problems. Learn and execute the five-step sales process.

Account Management: Build, maintain, and expand relationships with major corporate accounts; act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales goals and increase market share within assigned accounts.
Client Development: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion within existing accounts.
New Business Acquisition: Prospect and close new major account opportunities, especially within enterprise-level organizations.
Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to leadership.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation process for pricing, contracts, and renewals with a focus on maximizing profitability.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer challenges to proactively address client needs.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment.
Physical Demands
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Monday – Friday. 8AM – 5PM.
Occasional after hours as business allows.
Travel
Traveling to customer locations.
Required Education and Experience
Computer knowledge required & at least 5 years of previous sales experience,
5–10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a SaaS, technology, or enterprise sales environment.
- Preferred Education and Experience
College experience.
