As a Personal Lines Marketing and Service Specialist, you will be integral to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our Personal Lines team. Collaborating closely with  the Director of Personal Lines, New England and account managers around the region, you'll assist with the remarketing efforts for both new and current clients, while also assisting with client transactions and service support.

• Assist with remarketing efforts including rating, quoting, reviewing, and binding Personal Lines risks while adhering to underwriting guidelines for both new and current clients.
• Working with account managers, contributing to proactive renewal initiatives by quoting client accounts ahead of renewal dates
• Handling requests for binders, certificates of insurance, RTA stamps, and additional service-related tasks as needed.
• Providing personal lines account manager backup for the Pittsfield location as needed.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for streamlining processes to leadership.
• Participate in seminars and training to enhance skills and competencies.

• P&C Insurance Producer License, or willingness to obtain
• Prior P&C insurance experience preferred
• Strong desire to learn; possibilities for career advancement.

Salary range is $42,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
