About the Role

Paladin Security is hiring a Security Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at a premier property in downtown Toronto. In this role, you will lead a team of 1–3 security guards, respond to emergencies, and serve as the primary liaison between site leadership, property management, and tenants. You will play a central role in maintaining safety, enforcing regulations, and enhancing the customer experience for employees, tenants, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 1–3 security guards
• Proactively respond to emergencies and incidents
• Liaise with Site Director, Property Management, and other departments
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to tenants, guests, and employees
• Conduct highly visible patrols of assigned areas by foot
• Assist visitors with directions, information, and general inquiries
• Support property events by offering guest assistance
• Respond to safety concerns, medical emergencies (First Aid, CPR, AED), and law enforcement incidents
• Enforce property rules and regulations fairly and consistently
• Document incidents and prepare reports in line with Paladin standards
• Address trespassers and unauthorized persons safely and professionally
• Maintain traffic control and facilitate access to restricted areas for authorized personnel

Requirements

Must Have Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License
• Valid Standard First Aid & CPR – Level C (WSIB-approved vendor)
• Proof of two Covid vaccine doses
• English fluency (oral and written)
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field

Nice to Have:

• Certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)
• Willingness to complete Paladin’s UOF/MOAB training if not already certified (training costs covered with a 6-month commitment)
