Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Evening Nurse Supervisor. This role is perfect for a clinically strong RN or LPN who is passionate about clinical care, team development, and delivering high-quality, person-centered outcomes in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support nursing staff in delivering safe, high-quality care.
Ensure compliance with all clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Monitor and support staffing excellence as measured by CMS Nursing Home Compare metrics.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including respiratory therapists, physicians, and rehabilitation staff.
Review resident care plans, assessments, and documentation for accuracy and effectiveness.
Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to nursing staff.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a 5-star culture of excellence.
Qualifications
Current Massachusetts RN/LPN license in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead by example and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
