Job Description Summary

Our multi-semester manager program is designed to build athletic leadership along with equipment and game operational skills in students looking for experience organizing NCAA Division I competitions. 22 hours per week

Job Description

Essential Duties

  • Learn about event & facility logistics, guest services, hosting championships & tournaments, athletic administration and staff training.
  • Managers will also have opportunities to be liaisons with visiting teams/officials and to work with team coaches to coordinate their home events for the season. Manager will spend about 10-15 hours per week at various athletic home games.  
  • Work assignments are completed under close supervision.
  • Procedures are well established.
  • Employees typically follow well-defined policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Good communication skills
Ability to manage time
Ability to think critically and make decisions 

Minimal training or prior knowledge of work is required.
