In this role, you’ll balance operational excellence with a commitment to compliance, and customer service — all while helping to build a workforce that changes lives.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide recruitment support by sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates to meet staffing goals.

  • Partner with hiring leaders to develop customized sourcing strategies, conduct intake sessions, and align on ideal candidate profiles.

  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, assess candidates against position requirements, and present qualified candidates for interviews.

  • Build diverse talent pipelines through job boards, career fairs, social media, networking, and outreach to community and diversity organizations.

  • Evaluate and improve recruitment processes while monitoring pipeline quality and quantity to meet business needs.

  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, employment regulations, and EEO requirements.

  • Deliver an excellent experience for candidates and hiring leaders through clear communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.

  • Provide guidance to leaders on effective interviewing practices and support consistent use of the hiring model.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the Talent Acquisition team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in full life-cycle recruitment, ideally in a high-volume or healthcare environment.

  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels (job boards, social media, community outreach, career fairs).

  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring leaders and provide consultative support.

  • Commitment to compliance, diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting practices.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Customer service mindset with a focus on creating a positive candidate and leader experience.
